There’s more to building or renovating a home for accessible living than having the technical abilities to put in a ramp, accessible shower or lower a counter. It takes heart.
At Gregor Homes, we believe that a disability shouldn’t limit your available home or design choices. So we’re proud to be one of the first builders in Simcoe County that takes the time to discuss your lifestyle needs and how your home should revolve around you. We’ll work with you ‘one-to-one’ to ensure that either your new Gregor home or renovation to your existing home, incorporates many of the exciting lifestyle enhancing features and finishes that are available today. And we won’t stop until you’re completely satisfied with your purchase decision.
“Our family was referred to Gregor Homes to plan an accessible washroom for our son who uses a wheelchair for mobility.
Mitchell’s goal was to have as much independence as possible and the ability to access the washroom on his own. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with each person from their team. We didn’t know where to start and what would be best for the long term. Melissa took us under her wing and came to pick out items and sourced out what would work the best. We decided to modify the plan and Brad supported us and helped with the design to optimize the space constraints.
The job started and ended as planned because they truly cared about the impact on our family. The end result – very impressive, as stated by many! The team went above and beyond our expectations and we will always remember what they did for us.
Thank you Gregor Homes!”
