In 2006 and 2007, Tarion, the Ontario home building industry regulator, nominated Gregor Homes once again for their Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service. The Tarion Awards program evaluates builders exclusively on their customer service practices. Awarded to builders who represent the elite of Ontario's new home building industry, the criteria to qualify are very strict – in 2006 only 361 of the province's 5,600 registered builders qualified to participate.

2005 Outdoor
Living Landscapes, a division of Gregor Homes Ltd., received the
award for "Most Innovative Use of Risi Stone Products in Appreciation
for Outstanding Workmanship." This is the second consecutive Unilock
Award of Excellence that Outdoor Living Landscapes has received. The
first was the 2004 award recognizing the "Best Residential Il Campo
Application in appreciation for Outstanding Workmanship."
