While the Canadian homebuilding industry continues to set its focus on building more energy efficient homes, at Gregor Homes our goal is to prove that building ‘green’ doesn’t have to mean building boxy and boring.

Gregor has always been a design innovator and, under the Gregor Green Spaces program, was the first Simcoe County homebuilder to build to EnergyStar® levels and the first to achieve GreenHouse™ Certification.

Recognizing and incorporating some of the most up-to-date construction techniques and design innovations has allowed Gregor Homes to take its commitment to building better homes to the next level – achieving LEED® Certification Canada. LEED® Canada for Homes is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. A green home uses less energy, water and natural resources; creates less waste; and is healthier and more comfortable.
