TARION AWARD OF EXCELLENCE 2006 In 2006 and 2007, Tarion, the Ontario home building industry regulator, nominated Gregor Homes once again for their Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service. The Tarion Awards program evaluates builders exclusively on their customer service practices. Awarded to builders who represent the elite of Ontario's new home building industry, the criteria to qualify are very strict – in 2006 only 361 of the province's 5,600 registered builders qualified to participate. Gregor Homes was also a Tarion Award of Excellence finalist in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Gregor Homes was also awarded the 2005 Enerquality Excellence Award for Environmental Leadership.
