1. We get together in our offices, at your home, or at the proposed lot to discuss the scope of the project.
2. Bring your ideas, photos, sketches and floorplan examples that you think may help guide us.
3. If you’re not sure where to start, we can provide a selection of plans.
4. Be sure you have a good idea of the overall budget for the project.
5. If we agree that Gregor Homes can design a home that meets your needs, a deposit is collected and we will go to work on your plan.
6. A future meeting is established. At that time we will provide preminiary ideas and sketches.
