Just a brief note to express our sincere appreciation for the work your crew undertook at our new home.

We can’t say enough about the quality of the work … while it was indeed flawless, what impressed us the most was the added value Mark Weston provided through his creative suggestions on design and layout issues.

The original plans for our ensuite seemed fine – it was what the architect had specified in the original drawings … but Mark saw past it and strongly recommended a change. While it meant reconfiguring the plumbing – the end result was definitely worth it! If we had left it the way it was … it would have been very disappointing. His assistance with colour choices, tile selection and a host of other little decisions that can often seemed to be endless, were simplified and resolved to our satisfaction. The Kitchen is outstanding!

Our new ensuite, the laundry room and the new wash room downstairs all exceeded our expectations. The reconstruction of the in floor radiant heating system (the result of poor workmanship of a previous contractor) was a difficult job – but your guys made it perfect!

Your personal attention to the project was also very welcomed … I shows that quality is definitely a “top down” responsibility.
